Simba yarejea mauaji

Mshambuliaji wa Simba Musa Hassan Mgosi (kushoto) akijaribu kumtoka mchezaji wa Manyema Rangers, Yusuf Nguya kwenye pambano la ligi kuu Tanzania Bara uwanja wa Uhuru jijini Dar es Salaam jana. Simba ilishinda 2-0.

Mshambuliaji Mussa Hassan ‘Mgosi’ alifunga goli lake la 12 msimu huu baada ya winga Ulimboka Mwakingwe kuipa Simba goli la kuongoza katika ushindi wa 2-0 dhidi ya Manyema Rangers jana.

Katika mechi hiyo ya Ligi Kuu ya Tanzania Bara iliyofanyika kwenye Uwanja wa Uhuru Jijini Dar es Salaam, Simba walisubiri hadi dakika ya 63 kupata goli lao la kwanza wakati Mwakingwe alipounganisha wavuni krosi ya kiungo Mganda Emmanuel Okwi.

Mwakingwe, aliyekuwa nje kwa muda mrefu kutokana na kuwa majeruhi, aliendelea kuwa mwiba kwenye safu ya ulinzi ya Manyema na alikaribia kufunga goli la pili katika dakika ya 71, lakini aliangushwa na Yusuf Nguya ndani ya eneo la penati wakati akielekea kumuona kipa Odo Nombo.

Mgosi alifunga kiufundi penati hiyo iliyotolewa na mwamuzi Oden Mbaga na kujiimaerisha kileleni mwa orodha ya wafungaji, akiwa na magoli 12. Mshambuliaji wa Azam FC, John Boko na winga Mrisho Ngassa wa Yanga wanamfuatia, wakiwa na magoli 10 kila mmoja.

Kwa matokeo hayo, Simba imeendelea kujikita kileleni mwa msimamo wa ligi, ikiwa na pointi 46, kumi zaidi ya Yanga walio katika nafasi ya pili. Manyema imeendelea kushikilia nafasi ya nane kwenye msimamo wa ligi hiyo yenye timu 12.
