Msiruhusu kufungwa mapema – Bendera

Naibu Waziri wa Habari, Utamadunai na Michezo, Joel Bendera amewatahadharisha wachezaji wa timu ya soka ya taifa ya Tanzania, Taifa Stars kuacha kuzubaa kwenye dakika za mwanzo na kuruhusu mabao.

Bendera alitoa darasa hilo kali wakati wa hafla ya kuiaga na kuikabidhi bendera juzi, Stars inaondoka leo alfajiri kuelekea Ivory Coast kwenye michuano ya fainali za Kombe la Mataifa ya Afrika zinazoshirikisha wachezaji wanaocheza ligi za ndani (CHAN).

Alieleza katika mechi nyingi alizoiangalia Stars ndani na nje ya nchi, imekuwa na tatizo la wachezaji wa Stars kutokuwa makini na kuruhusu kufungwa bao kirahisi.

“Mabao mengi wanayofungwa Stars yanaanzia dakika ya kwanza hadi ya 15, baada ya hapo wachezaji wetu wanachanganyikiwa na kupoteza mchezo,“ alionya Bendera, ambaye alikuwa kocha msaidizi wakati Stars ilipofuzu kwa fainali za Kombe la Mataifa za mwaka 1980 nchini Nigeria.

Aliwaonya wachezaji hao kuzingatia nidhamu ya uwanjani na ile ya nje ya uwanja ili kuweza kufanya vizuri katika fainali za CHAN.

Akizungumzia nidhamu ya ndani ya uwanja, alidai alikuwa na maana ya kuzingatia mafunzo ya walimu.
Alisema kuna tatizo la baadhi ya wachezaji kutojituma kwa asilimia 100 na kuwapa wakati mgumu wenzao wanaojituma.

“Unakuta mfano wakati wa mechi, kipa hapangi mabeki wake na beki wa kati naye anakaa kimya na kufanya timu kuruhusu bao la kijinga kama lile la Ghana, ambalo lilikuwa maajabu ya dunia,“ alifafanua Bendera.

Kipa wa Ghana, Kingston Richard alisawazisha katika mchezo huo baada ya kuunganisha kwa kichwa mpira wa faulo wakati Tanzania ilipofungana na Ghana 1-1 katika mchezo wa kirafiki uliochezwa jijini, Dar es Salaam.
