MKWASA ATAJA 27 TAIFA STARS…

Kocha Mkuu wa timu ya Soka ya Tanzania, Charles Boniface Mkwasa ameita kikosi cha wachezaji 27 watakaounda Taifa Stars ambacho kinajiandaa kucheza Misri Juni 4, 2016 katika mchezo wa kuwania kucheza fainali za Kombe la Mataifa ya Afrika (AFCON-2017).

Mkwasa maarufu kama Master, alitangaza kikosi cha timu hiyo leo Mei 18, 2016 mbele ya Kocha Msaidizi, Hemed Morocco na waandishi wa habari kwenye Ukumbi wa mikutano wa Shirikisho la Soka Tanzania (TFF), Uwanja wa Kumbukumbu ya Karume, Ilala jijini Dar es Salaam.

Kabla ya kuiva Misri, kikosi hicho kitafunga safari hadi Kenya kucheza na Harambee Stars katika mchezo wa kirafiki wa kimataifa ambao wenyeji wameuombea Shirikisho la Soka la Kimataifa (FIFA) kwamba utambulike na kuingia kwenye rekodi za kimataifa ikiwa ni pamoja na kuingia kwenye mchakato wa kupima viwango vya soka.

Katika kikosi hicho, Mkwasa amemuita beki Mlinzi mahiri wa Young Africans, Nadir Haroub maarufu kama Cannavaro huku akimwacha beki mwingine wa Young Africans, Kelvin Yondani kwa sababu ya sentahafu huyo anatumikia kadi mbili za njano alizoonywa katika michezo iliyopita.

“Yondani ana kadi mbili za njano,” amesema Mkwasa ambako katika kikosi chake amewateua makipa, Deogratius Munishi (Young Africans), Aishi Manula (Azam FC) na Benny Kakolanya (Tanzania Prisons) wakati mabeki ni Horoub, Mwinti Haji na Juma Abdul (Young Africans), Aggrey Moris, David Mwantika na Erasto Nyoni (Azam FC), Mohammed Hussein (Simba) na Vicent Andrew (Mtibwa Sugar).

Viungo ni Himid Mao, Farid Mussa (Azam), Jonas Mkude na Mwinyi Kazimoto (Simba), Mohammed Ibrahim na Shiza Kichuya (Mtibwa Sugar), Ismail Issa (JKT Ruvu), Juma Mahadhi (Coastal Union) na Hassan Kabunda (Mwadui FC) wakati washambuliaji ni Thomas Ulimwengu (TP Mazembe), Mbwana Samatta (KDC Genk), Elias Maguli (Stand United), Ibrahim Ajib (Simba), John Bocco (Azam), Deus Kaseke (Young Africans) na Jeremiah Juma (Tanzania Prisons).
