As usual, the Tanzania Breweries presented Dar es Salaam-based soccer rivals Simba and Young Africans outfits yesterday, ahead of the premiership season next month

The firm’s official George Kavishe was busy during the presentation of the 64m/- worth of sports gear to officials of the two sides.

The gear included pairs of jerseys for premiership matches and training, soccer shoes, shin guards, bags and practice balls.

While Simba were represented by vice-chairman Geoffrey Nyange and manager Innocent Njovu, Yanga had their newly elected chairman Lloyd Nchunga and secretary general Lawrence Mwalusako.

Simba’s vice-chairman Nyange expressed his appreciation to the brewers for the continued support.

The same remarks were echoed by Yanga chairman Nchunga who thanked the brewers in early stages of his chairmanship.
