Yanga waisogelea Simba

Ligi Kuu ya Tanzania imeingia pazuri baada ya Yanga kuwasogelea watani wao wa jadi Simba.
Yanga walipata ushindi wa mabao 2-0 dhidi ya Mtibwa Sugar  katika mchezo muhimu uliokuwa umewatega Yanga pabaya, kutokana na rekodi yao ya nyuma.

Hata hivyo, Yanga walianza mpira vyema, bila kiungo wao muhimu Haruna Niyonzima aliyeunguliwa na nyumba majuzi, lakini walijiamini na kukubaliana na hali.

Walipata bao la kwanza kupitia kwa mshambuliaji wao, Mrisho Ngasa waliyempata kwa mbinde baada ya kuwekewa pingamizi nyingi, ambapo alipata pasi zinazoitwa za ‘ndege’ kutoka kwa
Athumani Iddi ‘Chuji’.

Ngasa alimpiga chenga beki Salvatory Ntebe na kisha kucheka na nyavu, akimwacha kipa Hussein Sharrif akiwa hana la kufanya.

Alikuwa Ngasa tena aliyezaa bao la pili kwa kumpa pande Didier Kavumbagu aliyetia mpira kimiani. Ngasa alimzidi maarifa beki wa pembeni wa Mtibwa, Paul Ngalema.

Hayo tu yalitosha kumaliza hesabu za siku katika dakika 24 za mchezo, kwani hapakuwa na bao baada ya hapo, licha ya Mtibwa kuzinduka dakika za mwisho za kipindi cha pili lakini siku ilionekana haikuwa yao.

Katika mechi nyingine za mzunguko huu zilizochezwa Jumamosi hii, Simba walipunguzwa kasi kwa kwenda sare ya bao 1-1 na Ruvu Shooting, lakini ikiwaacha wakiongoza ligi.

Ruvu Stars wakicheza nyumbani waliwafunga Kagera Sugar 2-1, Coastal Union wakicheza pungufu ya mtu mmoja walikwenda suluhu na Azam huku JKT Oljoro wakilala nyumbani kwa 1-2 mikononi mwa Mbeya City.

Kwa matokeo hayo Simba wanaongoza katika mechi saba kama wenzake wakiwa na pointi 15 wakifuatiwa na Yanga wenye pointi 12 sawa na JKT Ruvu lakini Yanga wana uwiano mzuri wa mabao wakati Azam wanashika nafasi ya nne.
