Twiga Stars are taking no chances as they prepare for the African Nations qualifier return leg tie against Eritrea in a fortnight.
Despite their resounding 8-1 goals demolition of Eritrea at home last Sunday, Tanzania Football Federation, TFF, says the team would set up a camp in highlands where the weather will be reminiscent to Eritrea.
Earmarked regions for the team’s camp are Iringa, Mbeya and Arusha.
TFF secretary general Fredrick Mwakalebela mentioned those regions as suitable to for weather acclimatization for the team to excel in the return leg.
He hailed Twiga Stars for the triumph as the team now focuses on winning the qualifier berth with high degree composure.
Twiga Stars would camp in the next few days after a two-day break following the superb victory.
Meanwhile, Ibrahim Khatrush, operations manager of RBP firm, staunch sponsor of the team, has said they are not tired of supporting the team.
He said Twiga Stars should not be complacent of their first leg win and instead they should strive to win again in Eritrea.
The firm parted with 10m/- to the team ahead of the last Sunday clash.
