CECAFA has warned Kilimanjaro Stars head coach Marcio Maximo and his Rwandan counterpart Eric Nshimiyimana for misconduct during the semi-final match between their teams played at Nyayo Stadium on Thursday.
The warning was also extended to Rwandan striker Yusuf Ndayishime who rebuked the Kilimanjaro Stars reserve bench of players and officials soon after scoring the opener.
The trio were seen exchanging harsh words between themselves while temper flared as Rwanda and Kilimanjaro Stars officials came close to stage non-title fights.

Nicholas Musonye said the trio have been warned not to repeat the same offence in the future.
Cecafa would not tolerate any further recurrence of the misconduct incident by the trio.
“We saw the trio in action and we have already written warning letters to be dispatched to them soon,” said Musonye.
Musonye said: “Players are allowed to celebrate in the most acceptable manner and we are discouraging those who retaliate.”
While Maximo was bewildered by the reaction of Rwanda players after scoring the opener, his Rwandan counterpart said they were hitting back for a similar incident when Stars players ridiculed Rwandan player during a friendly played in Kigali six months ago.
However, the Rwandan coach Nshimiyimana did not support the retaliation.
The tension-packed encounter saw Rwanda emerging winners for their 2-1 goals that brought them into tomorrow’s final against ten titles champions and holders Uganda.
